Senem Pirmit has over 28 years of professional experience in the finance and banking sector. She spent 18 years of her career in various managerial roles, gaining extensive corporate expertise in leadership, team dynamics, and performance management.

For the past 1.5 years, she has been practicing as a professional coach with the ICF-accredited PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential. In addition, she designs and delivers corporate training programs and mentoring initiatives aligned with her areas of expertise, leveraging her long-standing corporate experience.

She holds an associate degree in Accounting from Marmara University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University. She also completed her master’s degree in Management Economics at Medeniyet University and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Sociology at Istanbul University.

Her areas of expertise include Team Coaching, Executive Coaching, Career Coaching, Student Coaching, as well as Career & Executive Mentoring. She is also a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and continues her work as a corporate trainer and columnist.
